    Take a walk through Toronto

The “mega-city” or Toronto, is made up of six varied and unique neighborhoods, where roads are in straightforward grid pattern
Old Toronto: Composed of Downtown, West End, East End, Midtown and Islands, where the Downtown Toronto is the soul of this urban central.
Etobicoke: Hub of industrial factories and suburban homes along with Sherway Gardens, Woodbine Racetrack, and St George’s Golf Course
York: The most ethnically diverse district of the city
North York: This borough is home to Parc Downsview Park, Downsview Airport and the North York Performing Arts Centre.
Scarborough: This lushest zone of the city holds the flavor of old Toronto and is occupied with the topography of the Bluffs, the Rouge Valley, and other creeks

    Best Time to Visit

Late spring, early summer and fall are the most amusing walking months in the city, with comfortable calm nights and fewer crowds. September, one of the prettiest months of the year, is packed with the Toronto International Film Festival parties and a series of other weekend festivals. Mid-summer is the peak tourist season, as summertime in Toronto is festival time.

    Transportation

This is a walkable city but the Toronto Transportation Commission tracks an underground subway system, streetcars and buses that let you from uptown to the waterfront. Taxis are also common. At times, severe storms disturb flights into and out of the city and also slow down transportation for a day or two. If you are planning a trip, we have some outstanding value business class flights to Toronto which will save you money.
    Weather
The city offers warm and humid summers in July/August, with damp evenings but hardly extreme heat. Winters are cold and mostly gloomy, at times snowy and uncomfortably windy. The sun shines more often than not in the summer, but short-lived thunderstorms occur from time to time, usually lasting less than an hour and bringing heavy rains.
